Incomplete order or missing product
Sometimes we cannot deliver a product or a handling error occurs during the preparation of the order. It is possible that a specific product is out of stock or discontinued between the time an order is placed and the preparation of the shipment. Poseidn takes all necessary precautions to ensure that the products you have ordered are available when you order. Upon delivery, if your order is incomplete, Poseidn will grant you an applicable credit online equivalent to the purchase price of the product in Canadian currency (including applicable taxes). It is also possible that a specific product is forgotten during the preparation of the order; in this case, we will also offer you a credit applicable online.
Products damaged during delivery
A damaged product is a product that was not received in the same condition as it was when the order was sent. For example, the consumable product is crushed. In such cases, Poseidn will give you an online credit equivalent to the amount paid in Canadian currency for the damaged product upon receipt of a photo to Poseidn s.e.c. 550, avenue Godin, Québec, Québec G1M 2K2 or hello@Poseidn.com. The request must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the damaged product, without exception.
If the product received is defective, please send a photo clearly demonstrating the defect to Poseidn 550 avenue godin, Quebec QC G1M2K2 Canada or email@example.com. If Poseidn is able to see that there is actually a defect related to the product, it will be refunded to you.
Untreated and / or undelivered package
If your order has not been processed by Poseidn within 20 working days of receipt of your payment (except Preorders) or has never been delivered by Canada Post within 20 working days of the date of dispatch, we will open an investigation and your order may be eligible for a refund equivalent to the amount received in Canadian currency, including applicable taxes.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to most addresses in USA and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
