Shipping and Returns Policy

Out of stock product

Poseidn takes all necessary precautions to ensure that the products you order are available at the time of purchase.

However, if this situation occurs where a specific product becomes out of stock or discontinued between the time an order is placed and when the shipment is prepared (inventory mistake), we will inform the client before shipping the order so they may choose an alternative product. If the client does not wish to select a replacement, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Incomplete order or missing product

When preparing a large number of orders each day, human error may occasionally occur. It is possible that a specific product might be omitted from your order.

Upon delivery, if your order is incomplete, please email us at hello@poseidn.com with a photo showing the box and the products you received, and indicate which item is missing. Poseidn will either send you the missing product or issue an online credit equivalent to the purchase price of the product in Canadian currency (including applicable taxes).

Products damaged during delivery

A damaged product is defined as an item that does not arrive in the same condition in which it was shipped from our facility. For example, a consumable product may be crushed. In such cases, Poseidn will replace the product or issue an online credit equivalent to the amount paid in Canadian currency for the damaged item. You must send us a photo of the damaged product by email at hello@poseidn.com. The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the damaged product, without exception.

Defective products

If the product you received is defective, please send a photo or video clearly showing the defect to hello@poseidn.com. If Poseidn is able to verify that the issue is indeed a product defect, we will issue a replacement or provide a refund for the item.

Untreated and / or undelivered package

If your order has not been processed by Poseidn within 20 business days of receipt of your payment (excluding preorders), or if it has not been delivered within 20 business days from the date of dispatch, please email us at hello@poseidn.com so that we can open an investigation and determine what is happening with your order. In most cases, the issue can easily be resolved. However, if your package gets lost, we will send you a new order.

Return an item

Since our Drink Bombs are considered consumable food products, we cannot accept returns if you simply no longer want them.

If you need to return a non-consumable item, such as one of our accessories, we only accept returns if the items have not been used, are in their original packaging, and are sent back to our facility at your own expense.

Please email us at hello@poseidn.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return so we can confirm whether it can be sent back.

Upon delivery of the return to our facility, if the items are deemed to be in good condition, you can expect to receive your refund within two-three weeks. This timeframe includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time your bank requires to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to most addresses in the US and Canada. When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Depending on the shipping provider, estimated delivery dates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that these dates are only estimates. We can never guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping may take longer during busy periods—such as the holiday season—or if any issues occur (e.g., difficulty locating an address).

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page. In accordance with our carriers’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
