As a Productivity Ambassador, you will work alongside other team members in a dynamic environment that requires a great deal of autonomy.

YOU WILL BE KNOWN FOR JOBS SUCH AS:

• Perform monthly bookkeeping.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Complete basic financial analyzes to support management decisions.
• Prepare end of year documents.
• Adjust financial forecasts on a recurring basis.
• Proceed to invoicing and management of customer accounts.
• Ensure the collection of all payments.
• Monitoring and processing of accounts payable.
• Prepare slips and make deposits to the bank.
• Collect accounts receivable.
• Contact customers by phone to address billing issues.
• Prepare government reports (GST / QST).
• Prepare payroll.
• Participate in the compilation and analysis of R&D expenses.
• Follow up on various company subsidies.
• Perform various related tasks.

WE WANT TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• A college diploma (DEC) in administration.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
• Rigour, autonomy, sense of responsibility and sense of organization.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks (an asset).
• Excellent command of French and good command of English, both oral and written.
